Description

Grub in the Hub: How to Conquer Growth Challenges

Your company is rocketing: rapidly growing sales, cash is flowing, and the right talent has hopped on board. Yet you are scrambling to keep up and scale up.

Your leadership team wants a self-responsible happy culture without breaking the bank. But nerves are fraying because you keep stumbling over the same big roadblocks: Level of Customer Service Delivery. Sales Messaging vs Customer Expectations. What’s in the package, what’s extra. Product roadmap. Pivot vs Expand. Budget vs Goals. You need a system so that the right people are working on the right roadblocks in a fun and pragmatic way that delivers buy-in for the ideal solution, cost effectively.

If you don’t use this system, you mediate arguments. The solutions turn out to be Band-Aids that cost even more to fix. They don’t teach how to deal with these growth killers in business school.

Introducing “The Gold Complaint”.

Get ready to tackle thorny issues, without blame, find revenue (gold!) opportunities you didn’t see and get clear on how to resolve those hard trade-offs. You’ll learn how to set up a Gold Complaint system in your company, who to put on the team and why it is the number 1 growth hack no one is talking about.
